An accountant is responsible for managing an organization's financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting regulations, and supporting finalizing accurate financial reporting. This role is critical in helping the business make informed decisions by preparing and analyzing financial statements.
• Maintain and oversee the company’s general ledger, ensuring that all financial transactions are recorded accurately.
• Review and reconcile general ledger accounts, ensuring they are in balance and all discrepancies are resolved.
• Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and other balance sheet accounts on a regular basis.
• Perform month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring that all journal entries are posted, accounts are reconciled, and financial statements are completed on time.
• Support in the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with the German Commercial Code (HGB) and other accounting & taxation standards.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and financial reporting requirements.
• Contact person for tax consultants and auditors as well as for our specialist departments on tax issues.
• Documentation and optimization of workflows and processes.
• Regularly review financial policies and procedures to improve internal controls and reduce risks.
• Successfully completed education or training as an accountant (m/f/d), tax clerk (m/f/d), financial accountant (m/f/d), or studies with a relevant focus
• Years of professional experience in accounting, experience in automotive industry will be of advantage.
• Familiarity with accounting standards (GAAP, IFRS), tax laws, and financial software.
• Analytical thinking as well as the ability and pleasure to take on new challenges
• Ability to communicate and work in a team and international perspective understanding
• Good command of English and solid knowledge of Microsoft Office. Know-how about SAP will be of advantage.

As an Import/Export Engineer for the newly established plant, you will be responsible for coordinating all processes related to the import and export of materials and products. Your main task will be to ensure smooth transportation and customs procedures, communicate with logistics partners and customs authorities, and ensure that all activities comply with international regulations and standards. Additionally, you will work closely with teams from the production, purchasing, and customer service departments to ensure the efficient flow of materials and products into and out of the plant. You will also monitor delivery deadlines and resolve any discrepancies or issues related to transportation. You must be able to create and issue transport and customs documents.
• Minimum high school education.
• Experience in import/export, ideally in the automotive industry.
• Knowledge of customs matters (e.g. Intrastat, customs code), international trade, and related regulations (e.g. CBAM).
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with various departments and external partners.

In the position of “Maintenance Engineer”, the employee is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing the maintenance of machinery and equipment at the plant. Ensure the operational efficiency of production lines, optimize maintenance processes, and prevent technical failures. The engineer has full ownership for the operation of PLC systems and fault analysis of root cause.
1.Secure KPIs
a. Strong support of Continuous improvements activities, allowing deep analysis of PLC process control, evaluation of process stability, identification of unstable parameters and measurement of process inputs/outputs to improve performance parameters as KPs, MTBF (Mean time before failure), MTTR (Mean time to failure). Secure KPIs such as availability of machines, costs, safety etc. in close co-operation with the cross functional team.
2.Spare parts management
a. Managing stocks of supplies and equipment.
b. Definition of critical spare parts.
c. Monitors and ensures the optimal level of critical spare parts in the entrusted area, uploading new warehouse deliveries to the warehouse.
3.Planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
a. Regular inspections, servicing, and repairs at scheduled intervals to catch issues or potential hazards before they escalate.
b. Planning and carrying out scheduled maintenance.
c. Creating PPM procedures.
d. Crating TPM procedures.
e. Crating of Timing plan of repair with external companies and control of work.
4.Preparing documentations
a. Responsible for creating and maintaining documentation-instructions, provides training on correct work procedures for preventive and predictive work and work procedures for repairs on entrusted technology.

c. Creating documentation a lockout/tagout program LOTO.
d. Introduces new technologies in the Plant together with the supplier at the start of the project, is responsible for taking over technical documentation according to legislation, evidence of PLC/Safety programs, make an updating backup program, retraining maintenance workers to operate technology and preventive/predictive maintenance.
e. Equipment biography management spare parts and end-of-life parts replacement planning.

b. Experience as PLC Specialist / Electrical Engineer. Experience in environment program - Portal Simatic TIA/Step 7.
c. Expertise in maintaining and repairing production machinery and equipment.
d. An electrician's certificate is required according to the legislation in force in the Czech Republic Professional qualification in electricity - (Regulation 194/2022).
e. Knowledge of reading of electrical diagrams, Knowledge of reading of mechanical diagrams.
f. Knowledge of robot control - ABB, Kuka, Universal robot, is an advantage.
g. Knowledge of MS Office, ERP / MES systems experience is an advantage.
